GAON NASP Recruitment Notice
NASP FPCL is a farmer-based organization actively working across Gaya and other districts of Bihar in the areas of seed production, organic farming, livestock management, marketing, processing, rural entrepreneurship, and FPO network expansion.
The Gaon NASP initiative — a Startup recognized by the Industries Department, Government of Bihar, and powered by Bharat Gaon AgriSustain India Pvt. Ltd. — serves as a catalyst for sustainable rural transformation and agri-business innovation.
Gaon NASP Centres function as dedicated rural development and agri-innovation hubs, providing farmers with modern agricultural technologies, practical training, financial facilitation, and direct market linkages. These centres empower farmers, women SHGs, and rural youth to achieve economic independence and sustainable livelihoods.

Terms & Conditions
- All appointments will be made on an 11-month contractual basis.
- The contract may be extended based on satisfactory performance.
- Women candidates and rural applicants will be given preference.
- Selection will be based on educational qualification, relevant experience, and interview performance.
- Freshers may apply for positions from Sr. No. 05 to 15.
