Gaon NASP Return & Refund Policy

1. Purpose and Overview
Gaon NASP is committed to delivering high-quality agricultural products, cattle-related services, and allied rural services. This policy explains the conditions under which products or services can be returned or refunded, while noting that livestock/cattle are non-returnable.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Products (excluding cattle) can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.
  • Non-returnable Items:
    • Cattle or any livestock purchased or sold via Gaon NASP. These are non-returnable under any circumstances.
    • Perishable agricultural inputs (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, pesticides) once opened.
    • Customized or made-to-order items.
    • Services already rendered (e.g., veterinary treatments, animal tagging, consultancy).

3. Return Procedure (For Eligible Products)

  1. Contact Gaon NASP: Notify your nearest centre via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will verify eligibility and provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Shipping: Customers bear the shipping cost unless the return is due to a Gaon NASP error.
  4. Inspection: Returns are inspected to ensure they meet policy conditions.

4. Refunds (For Eligible Products)

  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds issued to the original payment method.
  • Non-refundable Fees: Shipping, service charges, or other costs borne by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges (For Eligible Products)

  • Exchanges are possible for the same product or a different product of equal value.
  • Follow the same return process and specify the desired replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact your nearest Gaon NASP Centre immediately.
  • Provide photos or a detailed description for verification.
  • Gaon NASP will replace, repair, or refund eligible items at no cost.

7. Services Refund

  • Refunds for pre-paid services are possible only if the service has not been fully rendered.
  • Partial completion may lead to partial refunds, calculated proportionally.

8. Cattle/Livestock Policy

  • All cattle or livestock purchases are final.
  • Gaon NASP does not accept returns or offer refunds for any livestock under any circumstances.
  • Customers should inspect animals carefully at the time of purchase.
  • Veterinary guidance and support are available for healthy care post-purchase.
